Haha I love how blunt this sign is! Out of the many Borders I shop at, only the one in Alameda has this sign! A while ago, I remember when Borders required a paper copy of the coupon they send via email. FINALLY, nowadays, you can show the coupon on your phone and they’ll accept it! Technically, you only need to provide the coupon code, and that’ll be enough! <3 Borders.
Today was fun! My sisters planned an outdoor ice skating day in SF! Too bad that since it was a Friday night, it was hella freaking packed… hm let’s start at the beginning…
I woke up at 12:30 today, only because I slept at almost 6am last night! Damnit, and I really thought I was starting to get on a normal sleeping schedule from the cabin trip. I slept pretty early and woke up early to maximize energy and time for snowboarding! =) But yeah, woke up kinda late today >.< Kent came over and I took him to Manor Grill. MMmmmm I had their Colorado omelette, and it was YUMMY and hella filling. Then we went to Borders in Alameda to pick up the second Percy Jackson book. I need to start the first one tonight hopefully. I tried the Strawberry Whirl for the first time at Jamba Juice… it was alright, but I don’t think that Jamba is very good =(
Dude, there was SOO much traffic driving to SF on the bay bridge. Good thing we were carpool! I’ve never seen so many cars there… we just zoomed right by them =D Ended up not ice skating because the line was way too long and the tiny ice rink was packed with people. The only good thing about that is I probably wouldn’t have room to fall =P I don’t know what’s wrong with me, but I was hungry again so Sam, Jeff, Kent, and I found a random Thai restaurant to eat at while Tracy and Vang and their friends walked around. The pad see-ew was really good and flavorful :D
I ate sooo much yesterday for Uncle Howard’s bday lunch and today, I don’t know how it’s all holding in my stomach still….
